Thank you — the point was absolutely correct: a proposal like this should
be discussed and iterated before entering formal review.

With that in mind, please consider this a request to withdraw the current
submission from license-review.
If there is a more formal or preferred way to do that on this list, please
let me know.

I will not post further draft revisions in this review thread.

My next step will be to summarize the discussion so far, revise the draft
more carefully, and continue the concept in a new thread on license-discuss
before any future formal submission.
