[License-review] License Review: IDCIYMI-1.0 (I Don't Care If You Mod It)

What I'm not understanding here is why creator intent should show up in 
the license at all.  What's wrong with it being in the README or a FAQ, 
which is generally better formatted for developers to read in any case?
