[License-review] MIT-CMU license for Python Pillow

Below is the recommendation of the License Committee that the MIT-CMU 
License be approved as an Open Source Initiative Certified license. The 
Board will vote on the license at the next Board meeting, scheduled for 
September 20.

License Review Committee Recommendation:

/Resolved that it is the opinion of the OSI that the MIT-CMU License be 
approved as an Open Source Initiative Certified license in the Redundant 
with More Popular category of licenses.

Notes: It is a simple license that grants full rights to use the 
software without any restrictions. There were no comments that this 
license did not meet the OSD or that it was not acceptable for any other 
reason.
