We're not refusing a justification, and already provided one, but don't see the need to provide a FAQ as part of the approval process.
“This new license is intended to represent the rights and obligations of an established license, such as Apache v2, while respecting the differences between US and German law.“
As stated several times before, it is important for our partners to develop and publish open source, based on a license using formulations as unambiguous and explicit as possible with regards to German law.
