[License-review] Sendmail License -- Legacy Approval Submission

There are two listed on spdx.org (which choosealicense.com also requires an entry for in order to list them).

https://spdx.org/licenses/Sendmail.html is the one that mentions sendmail, inc.  

The version tag at the bottom lists it as 8.16, and there may have been minor changes to that license such as the address for Sendmail Inc, or the copyright date both before and since.

This is the one that I copy/pasted into my original request, and which most likely covers most of the editions of sendmail that have been “baked in” to various OSes over the years.

The “8.23” version, on the other hand, mentions Sentrion:  https://spdx.org/licenses/Sendmail-8.23.html
