If you could keep the context of the email you are responding to,
including the original subject line, that would be very helpful.
No, no OSI license includes an optional provision that does not comply
with the OSD. Every possible variation of the license must meet the OSD
and you have several options that do not.
I believe someone else has also mentioned that there shouldn't be a
single license with variations. That defeats one of the benefits of open
source licenses, which is that one knows what the requirements of the
license are without having to read it each time. If you want to create
variations, they should be separate licenses with different
distinguishing names.
