[FWIW, I think the Legal Review has been done already by the Blue Oak Council, which is composed of 3 lawyers, Kyle Mitchell, Heather Meeker & Luis Villa. Are you submitting on behalf of them?]

I think any review of this license should be suspended at least until those questions are answered.
