[License-review] For Approval: Open Logistics License

Hi all,

thanks for the advice. We will do so and come back with an updated version to the discussion list.

Do we need to do any formal steps to withdraw at this stage?

Please also consider including a version number with each version of the license you submit for discussion/consideration, and a changelog indicating the substantive changes made between the versions. The reviewers and others will very much appreciate this :-)
