Note that Pam ruled that further discussion on the Open Logistics License's
“choice of law” clause must be moved to license-discuss.  While I (and others)
believe that the “choice of law” discussion is highly relevant to this
process, we're trying to respect Pam's decision, so we've been continuing our
discussion of it over on license-discuss.  Pam (last night) already posted
the list the you just posted here over there I just posted an email about an
hour ago in response to her regarding the other OSI-approved licenses that
have “choice of law” clauses:

Please, everyone, let's respect Pam's ruling and not continue the "choice
of law" discussion here, but on license-discuss.
