[License-review] Licence-review request

Dear License Review Process,

I am writing this to request a license-review for a new algorithm that was developed.
It is a new uniform color space (UCS) used for image processing.

Please find below the necessary data for the license-review:

Submission type: Approval
Rationale: Similar algorithms have all been patented or have some kind of license associated.
Distinguish: The most similar OSI-approved license seems to be OkLab MIT license. (https://bottosson.github.io/posts/oklab/)
Legal review: All experimental data used in the algorithm seems to be open.
Proliferation Category: MIT license

A plaintext copy of the license is attached to the email.

The source code can be made available if requested by the license-review process.
