I'm troubled by this language. Part A is a grant of licenses to Brigham
only, although Brigham can sublicense ("You hereby grant to Brigham,
with the right to sublicense") but Part B does not appear to actually
grant a sublicense to the contributions, only to "Brigham's rights in
the software and data." Is a grant of "Brigham's rights" necessarily
construed as a grant of the contributor rights they received too?
