This license is not likely to be approved, since it requires publishers to
provide contact information and for users to be able to contact the
publisher to obtain 'authorization codes'. This fails the Debian 'desert
island test' (https://wiki.debian.org/DesertIslandTest), and presumably is
a blocker for OSI approval as well.
