Yes, please. I believe someone else suggested this earlier in the 
conversation.

However, before doing moving the conversation to license-discuss, I 
advise you take the recommendation of several list members and consult a 
lawyer experienced in license drafting to have them review and rework 
the document first. The members of license-discuss are unlikely to be 
happy with playing the role of the lawyer you should be consulting 
instead. ;-)

If you need recommendations for such lawyers, I suggest you ask that on 
license-discuss as well.
