Yes. The name is not the thing, the map is not the place. If you want to
use the PHP license on a work other than one produced by the PHP Group,
you can't call that software PHP. Tough noogies. Use a different
license. For Very Obvious Reasons That Have Been Hashed Out Decades Ago.
Part of the problem with OSI being two decades old is that the things we
hashed out and decided on twenty years ago seem to have been forgotten
(even though the email archives are publicly available). For those of us
with that history (I could name a few, but you know who you are), these
discussions brought up with "Oh gosh, but what about this??" get tedious.
Let's argue about new ideas, not rehash ideas already discussed, albeit
discussed when (I speculate) some of the participants weren't alive.
