[License-review] New legacy license for approval: BSD-1-Clause

Below is the recommendation of the License Committee of the Open Source
Initiative on the BSD-1-Clause license.

There were no objections expressed. The reference to “Berkeley Software
Design, Inc.” in the submitted license text shall be changed to “[Name
of Organization].”
