With all due respect to those on this list and especially Pam, may I please
request that comments such as: "OSI needs to grow up and use mature tools!
I've been here since the late 1990s and remain distressed by your
resistance to change since that time! You are simply old fashioned!" end
here and go nowhere else. Being rude and unkind toward Pam and OSI is
unnecessary.
