[License-review] Approval: OIN License (Open Innovation License) -- Trademark Issue

The license was also submitted to SPDX for inclusion in its list. 
Earlier today the team changed the proposed license identifier to avoid 
potential confusion with Open Invention Network:

Perhaps the same is intended for the OSI submission but they haven't had 
the chance to say so yet?
