Hi, the Trademark you are linking to:
http://tmsearch.uspto.gov/bin/showfield?f=doc&state=4801:ld6rat.2.3 says
cancelled even for the educational services mark. The mark they do have
covers IC42 which doesn't cover file management or legal services. IC42
mainly is used for design and development of scientific research. OIN can
also be synonymous with Operative Innovation Network:
https://oinworkshop.com/ or Open Innovation Network Singapore:
https://www.openinnovationnetwork.gov.sg/.

Nonetheless, I have changed the acronym from OIN to OPNL and made a pull
request on GitHub as well to reflect new changes. This should avoid
potential conflict regarding this issue.
