[License-review] For Approval: The Cryptographic Autonomy License

Please confirm: the terms of this license do not apply to the copyright
holder themselves, as with most licenses.

The point I am getting to here is that blockchain processing is practical
for the copyright holder, and would not be practical for any licenses,
since - as I read it so far - the license requires disclosure of secret
keys in some circumstances, which would necessarily destroy trust in the
blockchain. This does not apply to the copyright holder, because he/she is
not bound to those terms.
