The license does not 'hide' or 'obscure' anything. In a fact it is more 
verbose than it would be necessary from a legal point of view. It would 
have been fully sufficient to write 'You may re-licence your Derivative 
Work separately without a Marker ...'. It has always been a desire of 
mine to keep the wording understandable for the ordinary programmer.
