Bruce and I have had our spats, but he's every right to
speak, be heard, and emphasize his credibility, here as
elsewhere. Bruce has a lot to contribute. In different
circumstances, I could see collaborating on some really
meaningful projects. That difference, not Bruce, has me
signing off tonight.

Indeed, license-review has two competing theories of the
absent masses to mull. One that they approve of everything
that goes on here, and would be present, saying so, if they
didn't. The other that some of them don't approve of what
goes on here, and that's why they're absent.
