[License-review] Approval Status of MIT-0

FWIW, this seems to be the author/steward of this license: https://romanrm.net/mit-zero  She/he isn’t claiming it’s OSI-approved.  

There are some other places where that claim is being made though (probably under the logic that if “MIT” is approved, all variants must be).

The license looks like it was created in July 2010, the approval archives go back to 2007, so if it was submitted, it should be in those archives.

While the archives aren't great, I did a lot of searching and couldn't find anyplace that the OSI had approved the MIT-Zero license. I'm not sure where SPDX got the information. Perhaps others on the list might recall it being discussed or approved.
