My offer is 0 dogecoins. Reject it at your peril. I don't think this
language works. Besides, demanding a fork pay you in Libertarian pogs is
still demanding payment.

This privileges one set of contributors over another and empowers them to
expropriate the work of others. This is inappropriate for a free or open
license.
This license should be rejected for these reasons and numerous others
raised in the thread.
