In response to Luksas' statement, quoted below, you say:

An end user is free to run the software for themselves or their affiliates
without restriction


That's actually not a factual statement. There is a restriction in legal
terms, backed by the potential of prosecution for copyright infringement.

Lukas is correct, and you are incorrect. There is an explicit carve-out for
running the software for yourself or for an affiliate.
