I am lucky to have been able to challenge Van's assumptions today. I felt a
need to do so quickly, to be fair to him and to the OSI board who are being
asked to rule on this - even if only to delay the decision - during their *May
6-7 board meeting.* This has been a significant burden, obviously hours of
work, and was entered into for no possible personal purpose. I wish you'd
acknowledge that, Josh.
