[License-review] Retire CUA-OPL-1.0

Dear all,

I’ve stumbled upon CUA-OPL-1.0 lately and found it to be 
essentially a rebranded MPL-1.1 with some stylistic changes 
(different style of bullet points) and a different name. Even 
Exhibit A is in both cases the same.

It seems the CUA Office project lead has already in 2008 requested 
that OSI retire CUA-OPL-1.0, but it seems there was no follow-up 
on this:

It seems to me that after a decade after the (only?) project to 
use it, it would be high time to retire this license to avoid 
confusion with MPL-1.1.

Or is there any good reason to keep it?
