Probably so about the first sentence, but what about the "control" definition in the second sentence defining "You"? That isn't typical.

Right on! Exactly true! That is why I described OSL 3.0 as "A Better License for Open Source Software." See http://rosenlaw.com/OSL3.0-explained.htm.
