I second this action.  A compelling argument for renaming the license has been presented.  Strongest dissent concerned an implication of false BSD association and, despite tactless discussion, was demonstrably explained and endorsed.

This point was raised over a year ago as well without action.  Ad hoc was maybe adequate 10 years ago, but is doing a disservice to open source of late.
