Notably, after reading this license for like the 20th time, I realized
this uses the same "includes, without limitation" language as the next
paragraph so the sentence is possibly entirely redundant and the
examples simply confuse instead of inform. It's possible this license
doesn't discriminate unless the "includes, without limitation"
language is meaningfully restricting the sentence before.
Could your explain what made you use the "includes,without limitation"
language in both paragraphs? Is there some sense that the prior
sentence didn't include that phrasing? It does seem to make the
license more confusing than nececessary.
