[License-review] Procedural: how to movin threads to license-discuss

Just for those who are not used to this issue [0] (I realize this current
conversation has likely brought a lot of new subscribers to license-discuss),
I want to point out to everyone that Reply-To: is set to the list for
license-discuss.  This may cause some email client software to have
difficulty moving a reply from license-review to license-discuss.

For those not familiar with these difficulties, you may find it better to do
a "Forward" in your email client and then put
license-discuss at lists.opensource.org in the To: line to move a discussion to
the other list.

[0] Please don't start a debate about Reply-To, which is a perennial
    meta-topic people love to discuss (in the true Lilliputian way).  I have
    my opinions on it too which I will not share here.  I just wanted to
    point it out as there have been multiple emails in this thread asking
    individuals to move threads but no advice on how to do it.
