Sure it's intentional. And it is not a bad thing for creators of Open
Source software to be protected from abuses that are enabled by the SaaS
paradigm which did not exist for a paradigm based on the physical
distribution of software. The question is how far to reach. OSD #6 and #9
set those boundaries and I'm neither convinced that it's good to exceed
them nor even that we *can* in a license that can be enforced.
