Heartily seconded, especially that legal education isn't a
requirement. I've had legal education, and conversations
with folks who haven't are by far my most valuable.

That implication doesn't follow. I fear it could set the
org up for a legitimacy crisis.
Some folks don't participate precisely out of frustration
with the process. Some folks don't participate here because
of the time required. Some folks don't participate here
because they don't care whether OSI approves a license. OSI
doesn't represent those people, because representation isn't
about what folks on this list say about folks who aren't.
It's about what folks who aren't on this list say about what
goes on without them.
