There is no infringement to OSD #3 at all. Authors are invited to fork
as they want. Please read the license and see my previous comments on
the issue. What I have meant is that wild unintended downstream forks
will occur if many people will have to fork involuntarily if there is no
proper maintained upstream project. The license aims to resolve the
issue of wild involuntary forks which are not even desirable by the
forkers themselves.
