[License-review] For Approval: Convertible Free Software License, Version 1.1 (C-FSL v1.1)

I believe the idea of the C-FSL license is a good one. If somebody wants to
deduce a closed source product out of a public OSS/ C-FSL product he
should be forced to give a contribution in any kind of form. Why not
think about a contribution in money. The original authors could use it
to compensate Open Source developers.
