Even though there are licenses that may be OSD compliant but
not OSI approved, the fact is that there are numerous companies
who *require* that any s/w used, leveraged or consumed is, in
fact, under an OSI approved license. Even if someone states
that the license is OSD compliant, w/o OSI approval, many
people simply won't touch it.

One can decry the unfairness of that, but it's a fact that one
simply cannot ignore.
