Thanks, Kyle, your revisions have addressed most of my concerns.  As
such I'd like to refine this further to make it actually enforceable.

Some questions for you:

- What event is the time limit measured from?

- How do you picture the time limit being enforced?  If a licensor
encounters potential infringement, how will he or she know how long the
infringing code has been in use/distributed/built?


Questions for the licensing committee:

- Do we have any precedent for a license with a time limit?  I can't
recall one.

- Is the language ""Open Source" as defined by the Open Source
Initiative" adequate?
