Nobody is compelled for _any_ size combination. This is an urban
legend: The remedies available for copyright infringement do not
include specific performance, and you just cannot find examples of
judges attempting to invent one (and particularly not one ordering
release of the infringing party's property under licence terms not of
his/her choosing).
