You cannot change people's behavior in obeying licensing terms by adding
more text to the standard BSD license. If they are ignoring the
original terms of the license, they will also ignore the new terms.
This is what courts are for.
-1 from me, both on non-proliferation grounds (functionally identical to
BSD license) and on text grounds (license isn't, to my non-lawyer eyes,
valid).
