[License-review] ZENTAO PUBLIC LICENSE For Approval

I have trouble reading the text of the license, which does not come well
formatted.

At any rate, I am at odds with the following bit:

> 5.3 Do not modify the source code of the software when you publish or integrate it.

In addition, the definition of "indications [of provenance?] of
software" seems to prohibit deleting all attribution material however
placed, in the user interface too. This seems too broad and may conflict
with #3 and #6.

Apart of that, and provided that the language of the license is a little
bit off-standard (and of difficult reading), I do not see particular red
flag.

All in all, I don't feel this licence is badly needed, however.

Cheers

Carlo
