[License-review] [CAVO] OSET Foundation

Here's a few initial questions that come to mind-
1. Why did OSET stay separated from the open source community rather
than take part in the community discussion among pioneers ? Numerous
efforts have been made to include OSET to no avail.. with the only
apparent OSET community actions search engine maximization and a vendor
style disinformation campaign .
2. Where is the " list of gov't people " craving OSET's new license ? Can
we get a copy ?
3. *What is it OSET doesn't like about GPLv3 for election software?*
Please answer specifically.
