The license submitter has proposed a modification to paragraph 4 which
would alter the indemnification clause 
(https://lists.opensource.org/pipermail/license-review/2015-September/001148.html).

Therefore I now recommend approval of the TOPPERS License (text as
given at
https://lists.opensource.org/pipermail/license-review/2015-July/001032.html
as further modified by the change to paragraph 4).
