[License-review] Outstanding license submissions

Richard,
Three tools I've experimented with in the past for discussions are:
1. Discourse (http://www.discourse.org/)
- I believe there is a quickstart for openshift that you can use to
stand up a quick demo
2. Coordino (http://www.coordino.com/)
3. Apache Wave (formerly Google Wave)
- You can set up a demo on Sandstorm.io (https://sandstorm.io/apps)
They all have their strengths and weaknesses, but are all open source
and can be self-hosted.
