Hi,

Not having heard further from the OSET Foundation, I have gone ahead
and published what I believe ought to be the canonical version of the
license.
http://opensource.org/licenses/OPL-2.1

In so doing however I made a small number of modifications and
exercises of editorial judgment with respect to the last submitted
version (which was a redline). There was one misspelling, various
typographical inconsistencies and (as earlier noted) the exhibits
incorrectly referred to version 2.0. Also there has been some
inconsistency regarding the name of the license itself; I have opted
to go with "OSET Public License" rather than "OSET Foundation Public
License" as it seems the former is the preference of the OSET
Foundation.

If the OSET Foundation has any comments please let the list know.
