This has now been done:

Note that "eCos-2.0" is not the SPDX short identifier for the eCos
License version 2.0. Rather, that is, as I understand it, "GPL-2.0+
WITH eCos-exception-2.0". To the extent that OSI has been trying to
make use of SPDX short identifiers, I don't think we can do that for
the URL at least. :)
