Plenty of other people on this list have given you reasons why it is not
open source (and badly written to boot).  From reading the Debian
thread, plenty of people there gave you such reasons as well.  You've
chosen to repeatedly ignore those reasons, but that doesn't make them
invalid.

In other words, I don't *have* to do anything.  As a new license
proposer, the burden is on you to prove to a majority of the OSI board
that your license is:

- open source
- legally valid
- needed

And note that we haven't even begun the non-proliferation arguments yet,
which will also be substantial.  I doubt we'll get that far, though.  I
strongly suggest that you find the existing license which is closest to
your needs and adopt it.
