In addition, it is misdrafted.  It says:

    The Freedom Transfer License v1.0 is used under the condition that
    it must contain the original, first and previous organization,
    business or other entity to which the Software and attached
    license originated and was last transferred from.

It's not clear whether "original, first, and previous" are three
different organizations, two, or just one.  Also, a license can't
"contain" an organization.  Do you mean that the *licensed content*
must include the *name* of the organization(s)?
