It would include CC0’s fallback licence. OSI approves licences.

As long as that one’d not use the term “software” but “work”
I guess. Do make sure the disclaimer of the licence part is
valid in the EU, please, though. If that gets passed, I’ll
retract the MirOS Licence in its favour, as it will cover
all of the MirOS Licence’s fixes to my criticism of the MIT,
BSD, etc. licences (works with EU law and German Produkt-
haftung, works for all kinds of copyrighted work, is a short
and pregnant copycenter style licence) and will have been
written by legal professionals (possibly from more countries
than just USA? Till, I’m thinking of you). I’ll accept an
all caps disclaimer (which I personally think illegible but
have since heard may help in the USA) even ☺
