If you don't have the facts to disagree with someone's words, you can
always disagree with their tone.

You're making a big deal about how important it is to get the
copyright licensor, err, public domain licensor,  err, public domain
dedicator, to also license any patents they may have. Thorsten is
suggesting that your concern is de minimus because the author of the
code probably doesn't have any patents. Have you nothing to say to his
concern? Or are you going to try to ignore it and hope that people
will forget what he said?
