Actually, no, no such particular issue has arisen at Red Hat.

I've encouraged use of CC0 by Red Hat developers for certain things
(such as sample code or other kinds of relatively small pieces of
code), and I've found it an ingeniously useful legal instrument for
certain other things involving software (I've also used it for
nonsoftware content). Dents where I profess love for CC0 may have
vanished, but I believe my voice can be heard saying "I love CC0!" in
the faif.us episode providing a recording of Karen Sandler and Aaron
Williamson's 2011 OSCON talk. :-)
