I don't think that's true regarding code-snippets-only, and when we
originally sent the list of points to consider with regard to CC0 as
usable in regards to free software, we did include links to Fontana's
original points where he raised this on identi.ca.

Nothing came up about that afterward, so I can't draw specific
conclusions about their thinking, so it could have been lost in the
consideration, but I did make sure the point was raised early on.
